Redland Bloggers Meetup 2013

Well ladies and gentleman (mostly ladies, according to my stats), it’s time.

Time to host another Brisbane Bloggers Bash!

After the success of the Redland Bloggers Meetup last year – so successful bloggers travelled from as far afield as the Gold and Sunshine Coasts! – I’ve had numerous requests to organise another.

Last time, it was a daytime meetup.

So this time, we’re going to put our glad rags on and go out for the evening!

Announcing the Brisbane Bloggers Dinner

This is where you can help.

I’m thinking a restaurant around Mt Gravatt, Springwood, or even Bulimba, as it would be more central for (south) Brisbane bloggers, and now I’m not Ms Redland City Living, I have the freedom to move things further afield.

Trouble is, I’m not real familiar with the fine dining establishments in that neck of the woods.  I had a bit of a look online but ended up more confused than I was to begin with ;-).

So, I’m just putting it out there: how about a “Brisbane Bloggers Dinner” one night in late February or March (not sure what night, any preferences?). We’re looking for somewhere that can cope with a blogger takeover group of up to twenty (or more!) blogging lovelies, and not bat an eyelid at how noisy things just might get, or mind the copious amount of pics being taken and posted on social media.

Keep an eye on my blog and social media channels for an announcement soon about date and location – in the meantime …

Okay hit me with your suggestions for the venue!

Linking up with Essentially Jess for I Blog on Tuesdays!

And if you are on Brisbane’s northside you don’t have to feel left out, turns out a bloggy pal is hosting one at Albany Creek on 15 Feb – find out more at Wonderfully Women!
