Men and Women See Things Differently

men and women see things differently

There’s no doubt that men and women see things differently – in more than just a “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus” kind of way.

I’ve written before about the way men don’t get colours, nor do they understand some fashion trends.

They also seem to be blind to dirt on the floor, dust, and other signs of household chores that need to be done.

A Classic Example

But if you want further evidence that men and women see things differently, take a look at these photos which I took on my morning walk (yes, we’ve had a lot of rain):

It’s a fairy ring!

I remember reading about them in Enid Blyton and hearing myths and stories about fairy rings as a young girl, so I was quite excited to have seen one for myself 🙂 . My imagination was immediately filled with pictures of elves, pixies and fairies dancing in the moonlight.

I sent the pic to Miss 21, and she too was enchanted.

But when I showed it to the hubster, he wasn’t all that impressed. It seems he didn’t see a fairy ring, oh no, nothing so romantic or whimsical as that!

“Must be a broken sewer pipe,” was his comment.

Men and Women: we see things differently.

I rest my case!

Has the man in your life ever given you any classic examples of how men and women see things differently?!
