Have you been looking for some Australian blogger linky parties to join?
The blogosphere can be a mighty big space, so linkups are a great way to find your community online, especially when you are starting out.
These days, I usually only join two per week – I Must Confess with My Home Truths, and I Blog On Tuesdays with Essentially Jess (kind of have to join that one seeing as I’m on the Team and all!). It can sometimes take me all week to get around to visiting and commenting on the other posts in these blog linkups, so I figure that’s enough for me.
However, when I get a spare moment I like to check out what other link parties are around. Link parties are a great way to find other new blogs, and to network and connect with other bloggy types. Oh, and they can also help with growing your own blog, too 😉 .

When joining blog linky parties, it’s always best to follow their particular guidelines – these usually include having a link on your blog to the host, as well as visiting and commenting on other blogs that link up.
As a regular “joiner” at two blog link ups, I now have a pretty good idea of who links and runs (doesn’t play by the rules) and it has lowered my opinion of, and visits to, their blogs. It’s just not good blogging etiquette.
Are there any other Australian blog link ups that I should add to my list?!
