My Mum’s cat Charlie was so spoilt by my Mum that she used to cook his fish in
the microwave before she gave it to him. It’s great that Fleur can have freshly caught fish!

LOL no Fleur Bee is quite happy to have it raw 😉

We are looking after a cat at the moment. He is absolutely gorgeous and so friendly. But I can’t cope with the constant smell of fish in the house. Not fresh, just canned. Perhaps the canned stuff just smells more?

We feed Fleur from the little pouches of Whiskas, 1/2 a packet at a time, and that way it isn’t open long enough to get smelly 🙂

I’ve never had a cat so had no idea that they will sit there and wait for food like dogs do. How cute!

Sometimes Fleur does think she’s a dog, I’m sure of it. She also likes to sniff anybody that comes to visit!

I’m jealous! We do sometimes talk about giving Fleur a little brother or sister but to be honest, I think she likes being top cat!

Our poor little cat is super stressed at the moment. We managed to avoid the $1k surgery after he was attacked for the second time by a new cat in the street.

We are now keeping him indoors, feeding him meds, cleaning his wound and packing up the house to move next week. It’s hard to tell if he is unwell following the attack or just stressed with everything going on and not being allowed to head outdoors to escape it.

Not really sure what to do for the actual moving day. He has been freaked with people coming and going with skips and rubbish outside. Not sure how he will cope being locked in one room for the day.

Poor darling – Fleur also gets upset when she sees us packing suitcases, or moving furniture around. Would it be a good idea to maybe send your kitty for a few day’s vacation at a cattery, away from all the stress? Although maybe they wouldn’t take him if he is injured.

Cute! Our cat loves fish too. She just gets the bottom of my can of tuna though. No fishermen in our family at the moment since my middle boy left home.

LOL hubster also shares his cans of tuna with the kitty 🙂

Oh my cats (4) would love a fisherman daddy.
    Not going to happen.

I love having a little furry critter, when we are between pets I am a real sad sack. I just need their cuteness!

Haha…so cute! I swear they know when we are cooking fish or meat. Pebbles will always come and talk and beg when I’m cooking meat.

Fleur is a lucky girl! My cat Loki isn’t actually really into fish (although he’s never tried it that fresh!) He loves gnawing on raw chicken wings. I have to keep him contained in the laundry until he’s finished his prize – definitely don’t want that dragged around the house!
