Middle Aged Mama has a new Logo

Janet Camilleri · 01/08/2014 ·

Can you believe it’s been six months since I re-branded this blog from “Redland City Living” to “Middle Aged Mama”?!

Although I was excited about the change, one thing I was sad about was saying goodbye to my previous logo.

I’ve been logo-less ever since … until now.

Introducing the new new Middle Aged Mama logo design!

Logo

What is Middle Aged Mama about?!

It says so many things to me on so many different levels:

  • The heart shape is about embracing life – and blogging with heart.
  • The outstretched arms reveal my passion for reaching out and encircling others with love and friendship.
  • The windswept look of the logo lady’s hair makes me think of freedom, spirit, actively enjoying life and pursuing goals.
  • The colours are feminine, classy and passionate!

They do say a picture is worth a thousand words … I think the new logo does a terrific job of communicating exactly what Middle Aged Mama is all about.

What does it say to you?!

*My cool new logo was designed by Jeanne Treloar from Sassy Branding.

Very nice! Did you design it? I can’t recall your previous logo and the link didn’t take me there.

I won a free logo design in a comp earlier this year – oh, and if you still want to check out my previous design, I fixed the link – thank you for letting me know!

Love it, Janet! Oh it takes so much courage to re-brand and change everything doesn’t it (I just did as well!)? Yet it feels great when you feel like everything is a better reflection of yourself xx

Meet the Middle Aged Mama

Janet Camilleri is an Australian bloggerHi - I'm Janet Camilleri aka the Middle Aged Mama; crazy cat lady, award-winning business woman, and mother of two grown children. I might be a middle aged woman, but that doesn't mean I've lost all interest in looking stylish! I love chocolate, chick lit, cruising holidays and the husbear - and not necessarily in that order wink. I live in Brisbane, Australia, and I'm learning how to fashion a new life now that we have an empty nest - did somebody say "travel"?!
