Apparently, Friday Cat Blogging is a thing … how did I miss the memo on this one?
I’m not sure when or where it started, or even who started it, but I’m happy to join the bandwagon – better late than never. Because it looks like it’s been going on for a good 10 years already, according to this post on the rise of Friday Cat Blogging from the New York Times.
Whatevs. Any excuse to feature my little kitty companion here on the blog … I *am* a crazy cat lady after all!
So here’s my first attempt at Friday Cat Blogging, starring the Princess-Diva-Puss-Kitty, Miss Fleur herself!

When Mama asked if I would help her in this Friday Cat Blogging caper, I put my paw up straight away.
This week, I had somebody gatecrash my latest box. Not impurressed, let me tell you. But then I think you can see that on my face in the pics below …
I was so exhausted from all the shenanigans, I even put myself to bed that night (instead of being coerced with food)!

Hi Miss Fleur. I’m Kennie kitten, Libby’s new fur friend. I have a box too! Mine is hot pink, not very manly. I jump in and out of it for fun. I just love going to bed. I race mum down the stairs to the laundry where my bed is, she gives me a few bickies and I’m in my bed. This growing up is very tiring for me. Nice to meet you Fleur.

I love the cat blogging! We no longer have cats due to severe allergies in the house, but I still love them!
